Absolutely Delightful Stay with Incredible Views!
We spent a night here and were warmly welcomed by Daniel at the front desk. Our room had stunning views of the plaza. A cozy sofa for relaxation. The nearby restaurant he recommended served the best local dishes at reasonable prices. A truly memorable experience!

Better signage for senior accessibility would be helpful.

I appreciated the lovely view from the room and the excellent water flow in the shower. However, the air-conditioning took time to cool the room initially, which was challenging during the heat wave.

i had a nice stay at palacio paz boutique. the location is fantastic, just steps from st martin's park and close to a subway station. the rooms are clean, and the staff was really attentive and friendly. perfect for a quick getaway!
the standard room was quite small, so if you're planning a longer stay, consider upgrading.

I just spent a few nights at Palacio Paz Boutique and loved the location. It's super close to St Martin's Park and a subway station, which made getting around easy. The staff impressed me with their friendliness and attentiveness. They always seemed ready to help, whether with local tips or calling a car for me. My room was clean, but a tad small, especially for a longer stay. The bathroom looked nice, but the soap situation was disappointing. One bar smelled bad and another was hard, which was odd. I appreciated the comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower, though. The breakfast was decent, offered a good variety, but could use a little more imagination. I didn't know eggs could be cooked to order since there wasn't a menu available in English. The atmosphere in the cafe downstairs felt casual, but it could be more welcoming. Overall, a nice stay with a few areas that could use some tweaking.

I really enjoyed this place, the breakfast was great, and honestly, the medialuna was excellent! Also, the staff were super kind and helpful, especially one lady who went out of her way for us, it made our stay memorable.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but it was still acceptable for what we got.

Quick access to public transport was a big plus.
The breakfast options were limited and not very appetizing.

missingWrote a review on Sept 20great locationimpressive architecturepoor cleanliness
The location stands out, being surrounded by local attractions and dining options, ideal for exploring the area. Impressive architectural details throughout the hotel create a unique atmosphere that feels distinctively homey and inviting.
Room cleanliness could use a boost, as our accommodations seemed to skip more thorough cleaning on a few days. The fridge barely worked, and after requesting a replacement, that one struggled to keep anything cold too. As for storage, the open metal wardrobe didn’t quite cut it for a longer stay. a proper closet would have been appreciated. The necessity of inserting the room key for electricity led to uncomfortable temperatures while we were away, though at least the air conditioning worked effectively enough once we were back. Overall, these aspects detracted from an otherwise comfortable stay.

The view from our room on the top floor was stunning, overlooking the plaza. The front desk staff, especially Daniel, were friendly and provided excellent restaurant recommendations.
Breakfast options could be a bit more diverse.

I had a nice two-night stay in an Executive Room where I especially loved the cozy ambiance and the charming balcony to unwind. The pool and spa were perfect spots to relax after a day of exploring, really made the trip enjoyable. Just a heads up, some of the room amenities could use a little TLC, but it didn't really ruin my experience. 😊
